This Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy governs the conditions under which requests are processed by Trait Trends. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
We strictly do not offer any return, exchange, cancellation, or refund once an order is placed.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
• There is no return, exchange, cancellation, or refund in case of size issues.
• We strongly advise customers to carefully check the size chart before placing an order.
• It is always advisable to order one size up to avoid fitting issues.
A parcel opening video is mandatory for any complaint or claim.
The video must:
• Clearly show the sealed package before opening
• Clearly capture the damage/issue
• Be continuous and unedited
⚠️ No exchange or claim will be processed without a proper parcel opening video.
We will not be able to resolve any issue without this proof.
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• A parcel opening video is compulsory.
If the claim is verified and approved:
• A replacement product will be shipped (subject to availability).
• Replacement timeframe: 5–12 working days after we receive the returned package.
If the same product is not available:
• The customer may select another product of equal value.
• Refunds will not be given in any instance.
Replacement will not be provided in the following situations:
• Damage due to customer misuse or improper handling
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance sale or promotional products
• Size issues
• Minor colour, finish, or fabric variations
As this is an online sale:
• There may be slight variations in colour, finish, or fabric.
• Differences may occur due to screen resolution, device settings, or lighting during photography.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
